About Us
Structural Maintenance Works (Pty) Ltd is a level 2 BBEEE
specialist civil engineering contractor company which started in Durban 25
years ago as Structural Maintenance Special Works. In the beginning, it was a humble
company doing repair work to buildings and civil structures in and around the
Durban area but has since grown to become a medium sized company serving both
the local and Southern African markets.
The company has achieved its status by adopting a policy
based on reliability, quality and safety that protect and benefit not just our
staff, but our clients as well in the projects that we have been involved with.
Our Head Office is based in Pinetown and our staff comprises of an Engineer,
Quantity Surveyor, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Artisans and Safety
Managers.
